Jeffrey Hipp

Jeff has a long history with real estate dispositions and acquisitions.  Most recently Jeff sold his interest in one of the largest, most successful title abstract companies in the Metropolitan Washington Area, HBS.  Jeff has prepared thousands of title abstracts on transactions as large as the Reston Town Center in Northern Virginia. Jeff is well regarded in both the commercial and residential title arenas owing his prior institutional experience to several of the nation's largest title insurance companies including Chicago Title, Stewart Title, and Commonwealth Land Title.  In 1976, Jeff graduated from George Washington University and was honored for his excellence in achievement.

With ES Group LLC, Hipp directly manages all incoming files, prepares exchange agreements, coordinates escrows, and communicates with title companies.  Jeff's 30 years experience in settlements and the title business positions him uniquely to provide insight unparalleled by other qualified intermediaries in the industry.

Jeff lives in Fairfax, VA, and spends his free time exercising and enjoying time with his dogs, Hogan and Chester.
